GSK Monitoring system project in Lactam and Non-lactam building, For 60 rooms of the manufacturing zones, the project was monitoring for temperature & humidity, and differential pressure between rooms with multichannel flush mounted display in zone to monitor the three parameters and allowed for visual and audible alarm if the measured parameter increase above or decrease below the desired set point as per customer requirements, the displays is comply with clean room requirements.

Project Details

The project scope is to install, commission, program, and hand over the sensors located in the clean room area to EMS Schneider Ecostruxure building operation software and make all GUI that make clients able to monitor the readings, charts, history, tables, alarms, audit trails, user management, and other features.

The reference that the project complies with is the CFR21 part which ensures the data integrity and security levels, also from our scope was BMS validation that contains IQ, and OQ tests that were implemented by our team and audited and approved by validation and the Quality GSK team.
